Srivastava, who led the development of the Connect Plus+ communication platform, has been recognized throughout the industry as an innovative leader who combines a unique software engineering background with project management expertise.

“This role as CTO is a testament to the transformative power of hard work and an insatiable thirst for knowledge,” Srivastava said. “It’s a journey that continues to unfold through our innovative work at NEP Services, which dedicates itself to advancing tech for business.”

Srivastava, who grew up in a small town in India, received a bachelor of technology in computer science degree from SRM University in India before earning a master’s degree in computer science from California State University, Long Beach. She joined NEP as a web developer in 2017 and received several promotions along the way before reaching her position as Chief Technology Officer.

As the project manager and lead developer for Connect Plus+, Srivastava designed the system’s architecture, developed its core functionalities, and integrated cutting-edge security measures for user privacy, all while leading a team through several challenges and changes during the development phase. Since its launch, Connect Plus+ has emerged as the premier platform for communications for labor unions and nonprofits.
